Unlike consumer platforms, we do not train our models on user-provided data. Once an analysis is complete and the session expires, all forensic signatures and uploaded media are purged from our RAM-only buffers.

You retain 100% intellectual property rights over any results generated by our system. Our certificates of authenticity are designed to support legal discovery while maintaining the strict privacy of the examiner.

This Privacy Policy describes how DeepfakeDetection.co (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information. In our commitment to absolute transparency and forensic integrity, we have designed our system to collect the minimum possible data required for high-accuracy analysis.
1. Data Collection and Usage
We do not store your uploaded media. When you upload a file for detection, it is processed in real-time. Once the analysis is complete, the file is deleted from our volatile memory. We collect basic account information (name, email, organization) for billing and security purposes only.
2. Cookies and Tracking
We utilize functional cookies strictly for session management and security. We do not use third-party marketing trackers or behavioral analytics that profile individual users across the web.

By using this service, you agree not to utilize our tools for malicious purposes, including but not limited to: stalking, harassment, or the creation of deceptive content. Our platform is intended for verification and forensic truth-seeking only.
4. Accuracy Disclaimer
Deepfake detection is a probabilistic science. While we maintain a 99.8% accuracy rate on known benchmarks, our results are provided as “Probabilistic Evidence” and should be used in conjunction with other forensic methods. We do not guarantee 100% certainty in any detection report.
